[Beremiz-devel] undefined symbol : Network_Port_MAC_Address_Set

Wisse Hooghiem
Hi there,

I'm trying to get the BACnet plugin to work. I tried the example in the tests folder.
and created my own project. Building of the project goes fine. I can connect to the plc (local) but when i transfer it say's:

File "/home/user/programs/Beremiz/beremiz/runtime/PLCObject.py", line 275, in _LoadPLC
    self._PLClibraryHandle = dlopen(self._GetLibFileName())
OSError: /tmp/tmpAF99vY/07144df16ddf86c04d4a172782baf486.so: undefined symbol: Network_Port_MAC_Address_Set

I can't find out what the problem is here, any ideas?

Met vriendelijke groet/ Kind regards,

Wisse Hooghiem

strange, don't know where Network_Port_MAC_Address_Set could come
from. I don't see this symbol on test BACNet project.
Could you publish your project?

Hi,

in r3189 Steve added new feature to bacnet-stack: network port - to
access to the configuration and properties of network ports of a device.
https://sourceforge.net/p/bacnet/code/3189/

It's not implemented by Beremiz.

Try to build bacnet-stack using following command:

make MAKE_DEFINE='-fPIC ' MY_BACNET_DEFINES='-DPRINT_ENABLED=1
-DBACAPP_ALL -DBACFILE -DINTRINSIC_REPORTING -DBACNET_TIME_MASTER
-DBACNET_PROPERTY_LISTS=1 -DBACNET_PROTOCOL_REVISION=16' library

this will turn off this feature.
