[Beremiz-devel] No way to fold project dir on git

Beremiz-Devel mailing list
Hello.

It's funny, but when I try to init git-repository in project dir, then
function "save" fails with notify-dialog "You must have write rules...".
No user changed when 'git init' no files on .git dir with alien owner or
group... I'm just frustrateing.

Beremiz recursively checks permissions on all files inside project directory.
In your chase the problem is .git directory. Its content is read-only.

If you create structure like this, Beremiz will work with project and
it will be saved in git repo.
<repo>
   <.git>
   <beremiz_project>

Is it ok for you?
Or we can make Beremiz skip hidden .files.

   <.git>

Yes, I use this as a workaround, but it's uncomfortable.
Is it ok for you?
Or we can make Beremiz skip hidden .files.
That would be much better. Best regards, Denis Kholodkov.
