Netzahualcoyotl
Hello beremiz-devel

Today I download beremiz and I found two details:
  • The firs detail is that beremiz make a display in  ascii numbers and agruped, and there is no tags on simbols, but all other things is working properly
  • The second details is that the modbus there is no in the direction that beremiz show for download https://bitbucket.org/mjsousa/modbus Modbus
Please how can I solve about the numbers and labels on the simbols?

Thank you,
and merry christmas, and my best regards

Netza

Hello Edouard Tisserant,

Thank you for your time,

Today, I download again beremiz, and now is showing the tags on the simbols, I think the modifications that was made on  https://hg.beremiz.org/beremiz/ , fix the problem, becouse I do not make any changes about fonts on my ubuntu-20.04LTS.

The way I am connecting blender is folowing the next steps:

  1.  Download blender from https://www.blender.org/download/releases/2-79/
  2. Download pymodbus from https://pypi.org/project/pymodbus/
  3. Download six module from https://pypi.org/project/six/

  4. Inside the folder of blender, select right click, and select open in terminal
  5. In the terminal, execute the command: ~/blender-2.79-e045fe53f1b0-linux-glibc217-x86_64$ ./blender.py
  6. Inside blender, in the last windows of the bottom, select python console.
  7. Inside python console is posible to look where are the paths where blender is looking the libraries using the next command>>>import sys
  8. >>>print('\n'.join(sys.path))
  9. if your modbus library or your six module are not in that paths you can add a new path that contain your libraries using the next command
  10. sys.path.append('/home/..etc...etc../MyModbusLib')
  11. sys.path.append('/home/..etc...etc../six-master')
  12. Execute the command >>> from pymodbus.client.sync import ModbusTcpClient as ModbusClient
  13. to see if now is working modbus on blender
  14. Now the library of modbus is working on blender.

Hi Netza

Not sure of what leads exactly to your display problem. Available fonts ?

I just pushed a bunch of changes on https://hg.beremiz.org/beremiz/ ,
and there might be one of them that address that particular problem.
Please give a try.

I'm interested in knowing more on the way you connect Beremiz with Blender.

Best regards,

Edouard
