Hello! Andrey Skvortsov:
Yes, I try to use the EtherCAT extention.
For the IGH EtherMaster, I can use the C-extenstion to operate the EtherCAT slaves.
But I must modify the C-extention file when the network changed. I want to study how to
add new extentsion from EtherCAT.

Thank you and best regards!
Franklin

Hi Franklin,

I've pushed changes that fix your error in EtherCAT extension,
but I've never used EtherCAT myself and don't have access to any
EtherCAT hardware. So I wish you happy hacking! :-)

Hi Mr. Andrey Skvortsov,

I also add EtherCAT extension, but it always show errors. I guess these
errors come from Wx lib. I also attach error file.
Could you please give me advice for this situation?

Apparently you are using not the latest Beremiz.
This problem was already discussed on ML recently and it's fixed.

Sorry, could you please be *more* presice in describing things.
What installer have you used?
What file you have downloaded from bitbucket (direct link)?
bitbucket doesn't allow to share user files, only source code AFAIK.

Hi Mr. Andrey Skvortsov,

Thank you for your fast response. I have just gotten new source code, and
this error is fixed.
However I don't know how to scan EtherCAT slaves (In TwinCAT3, I have to
install NIC driver, and then scan), I tried in the following steps:
1. Create simple POU, task --> Build it --> Connect to Local PLC --> Run PLC
2. Add EtherCAT node --> Scan
However, it shows error "RemoteExec Script Failed!". Could you let me know
if EtherCAT module is stable? And please correct me if my procedure on
Scanning EtherCAT network is not correct.

Thank you very much.
Mr. Phuc

Try it.

I'll put later some efforts to make it built automatically for default
branch. So some 'nightly' installer will be available for Windows users.
